Availability is widest May through June and September through November. December through April is high season — the calendar runs short-stay first, so winter months need to be booked well ahead.
Monthly rates are discounted well below the nightly rate, deepest in those quieter months. Send your window and we'll quote the all-in total. Booked direct with the owner — no platform fees on either side.
