Crown of Caribbean

Crown of Caribbean sits high in Estate Seven Hills, in the hills above St. Croix’s east end, looking north over the rolling coast to Green Cay with Buck Island further out. On a clear day the water goes through about four distinct colours between the terrace and the horizon.

It is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house built in 2025, laid out as three separate suites and sleeping up to twelve — which is the part that matters for a group. Everybody gets their own door to close.

Booking this listing takes the whole house, all three suites. Suite 2 also lets on its own as the Christiansted Hillside Retreat; book here and nobody else is on the property.

Outside

The terraces are the point. There is a long outdoor dining table set on stone with the whole view behind it, a covered outdoor kitchen with a bar, and a fire pit for after dark. Multiple levels, so there is always somewhere in shade and somewhere in sun.

Inside

Four bedrooms — a mix of king and queen — and four full bathrooms across three suites, so a group of twelve is not queuing. A living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a full indoor kitchen, a covered outdoor kitchen, and the ocean visible from most of the house.

Where it is

Ten minutes down to Christiansted for dinner and the Buck Island charter docks, and about the same to Green Cay Marina and Gallows Bay. Twenty-five to thirty minutes to STX airport. Thirty-five along the north shore to Cane Bay. See the St. Croix guide for what to do with the week.

The pool

The soaking pool was completed in August 2026 and is pictured above — infinity edge, spillover feature, travertine coping, the sea straight ahead. Those shots are ours, taken on the day it filled; the professional set is being photographed this month. Ask if you want to see anything else and we will send it the same day.
