About us

Crown of Caribbean is a privately owned house in Estate Seven Hills, in the hills above St. Croix's east end and ten minutes from Christiansted. It lets two ways: the whole villa for twelve, or the self-contained two-bedroom Suite 2 for six. No management company, no front desk. You deal with the owner.

How we host

Smart-lock entry, so there is no key handover to schedule after a long travel day. Arrival directions before you fly. And a straight answer when you ask us which beach is calm today or where we would actually eat.

Why we publish what is not finished

Our soaking pool was finished in August 2026, after the last professional shoot. Rather than leave it out of the galleries, we put our own photographs of it up on the day it filled and said where they came from. A holiday is too expensive to be surprised by.

Our listings are on the usual platforms, but booking direct means the money stays between us and you can talk to the person who owns the house.
