Neighborhood Crown of the Caribbean is located in Estate Seven Hills above Christiansted—a quiet, breezy hillside neighborhood known for its big-sky views and peaceful, residential feel. Homes here sit up high, which is why you’ll get those signature panoramas out toward Buck Island and over Christiansted. You’re away from the boardwalk buzz, but still just a short drive to downtown Christiansted for waterfront dining, shops, and sunset strolls along the harbor. Nearby highlights Christiansted Boardwalk + downtown (restaurants, bars, shopping, harbor views) Buck Island adventures depart from Christiansted Harbor (snorkeling/boat tours are a favorite) The Buccaneer resort area (Shoys) is also a short drive outside Christiansted for beaches/golf/spa vibes What to know: Like most of St. Croix, a rental car is strongly recommended—it makes beach days, groceries, and exploring easy. St. Croix is best enjoyed with the freedom to explore, so we strongly recommend renting a car. The villa is in a peaceful hillside neighborhood above Christiansted—close to town, but you’ll want wheels for beaches, groceries, and island adventures. Rental car: Highly recommended (most guests pick up at the airport). Taxis/Rides: Available, but can be limited and less predictable than a car—especially at night or for longer trips. Parking: Free parking on-site at the home. Driving notes: Roads can be narrow and winding in places, and St. Croix drives on the left—take it easy your first day and you’ll feel comfortable quickly. Other things to note **Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay. ** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7.
